Lead Pastor

Russ Fairbanks is the lead pastor at Covenant.  His vision is to see Covenant fulfilling Christ's mission in the church and our world.  He has served in ministry for twenty years as a lead pastor (13 years) and a youth pastor (7 years).  He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Master of Divinity degree, and a Master of Ministry degree.  He and his wife, Kelly, have been married for sixteen years and have two children, London (7) and Noah (6).  

Children's Minister

Heather is the children’s minister at Covenant.  She has several years of experience in children’s ministry and has a degree in elementary education.  She is married (Mark) with four children: Emma, Maddux, Tanner, and Meredith.

Office Manager / Lead Pastor Assistant

Melody's role is part-time as the Church Office Manager and Pastor Russ's Administrative Assistant.  Previous to joing the staff, she worked as an Project Manager for The Bridge Fellowship and as an Administrative Assistant at Pasadena First Church of the Nazarene. 

Creative Worship Director

Kelly is Covenant's Creative Worship director.  She has served local churches in several capacites of leadership throughout her life. Kelly enjoys using her creative videography skills as well as using media and technology to help move our church towards the visual age. She has a degree in Biblical Studies and is a nurse practitioner holding a BSN and MSN.

Financial Secretary

Billie Watson serves as the financial secretary at Covenant.  She has devoted her life to the cause of Christ in several areas of leadership from a young age onward to the churches she and her husband, Luther Watson, served while in the pastorate.  Her leadership at Covenant has been rock solid and immeasurable.

Theo is our Jr. High Youth Minister/Acting Youth Director here at Covenant. Theo is origianlly from Michigan and he and his wife Kayla live in Lebanon.
